Refund & Returns Policy

At our store, every bracelet is carefully handmade and customized to your specific order. Because each piece is uniquely created based on your selected letters and preferences, all sales are considered final.

No Refunds for Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind. This includes, but is not limited to, personal preference, ordering the wrong item, selecting the wrong letters, or deciding you no longer want the product after purchase. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded for these reasons.

Customized Orders
All of our products are made-to-order and personalized. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all customization details (including spelling, letter selection, and order details) are correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for any errors submitted by the customer, and such orders are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photos showing the issue along with your order details. Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement of the same item at no additional cost.

We do not offer refunds in these cases, but we will ensure you receive the correct or properly made product.

Order Processing & Changes
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Because of this, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once your order has been submitted. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other external factors beyond our control. Additionally, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and customization reasons, all items are non-returnable.
